Please note that we plan our staffing needs according to online registrations and order product needed for the season in advance. No refunds will be given after the registration deadline and/or the start of the season (which ever comes first). All refund requests will be assessed a $35 cancelation/handling fee and must be in writing (or email). Please allow 30 days to receive a refund once the request is made in writing/email.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, AZGL will exhaust every effort to continue that particular session at the complete discretion of the coaches, officials, and/or the league directors. If extreme weather occurs, such as lightening, extreme heat, hail, etc., AZGL may be forced to cancel practices, tournaments, events, etc., in order to protect player participants and staff. If an event is canceled for any reason, we will send out emails to alert you and update our scroll bar. We may also send out text alerts. There will be no partial refunds or full refunds due to unforeseeable weather circumstances.
